Just two weeks in, everything began to shift. I started feeling nourished instead of deprived, and I stayed consistent with my workouts. The real breakthrough came when I realized I was eating out of emotion—not hunger. That awareness changed how I saw food and myself.
Now, I feel confident, energized, and free with food. I’ve let go of self-criticism, have more stable energy, and truly understand how my emotions and eating are connected. Journaling and shadow work helped me get there.
